• manage membership of the collective, share information and updates about our work, invite participation in events and projects, and foster collaboration across the enabling technologies sector.

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• TalkLink Trust in order to provide administrative and governance support, ensure effective coordination of the collective’s activities, and manage communication with members.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your contact details, we'll be unable to register you as members of the collective, keep you informed, or involve you in our work.

We keep your information safe by encrypted systems, using password protection and restricting access to authorised staff who need it to carry out their work. .

We keep your information for as long as you wish to remain involved in the collective. You can unsubscribe or ask us to remove their details at any time, at which point we securely destroy it by erasing all digital copies..

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at admin@talklink.org.nz.
